Absolutely AMAZING Stay!
warm hospitality attentive team genuine kindness
I was greeted with such warm hospitality when I arrived. EVERYONE, from the front desk to housekeeping, was so attentive. I felt the genuine kindness. I really cannot wait to return for another visit soon.
I found the breakfast menu prices a bit too expensive, particularly the $27 omelette. I ALSO ordered eggs and had to return them because I found a hair. It wasn't ideal.

The restaurant offers waffles with ricotta that are worth trying. ALSO, the bar has a crème brûlée available. The service in the bar is excellent, with a relaxed atmosphere for enjoying drinks. A meal at the bar is a MUST.

My room had super comfy beds and the turndown service was a really nice touch. Rooms include two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Beds were spacious. Housekeeping kept everything super clean, which I appreciated A LOT.

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes so you can keep up with your exercise routine. The hotel provides concierge services THAT help with restaurant reservations. The location is close to main attractions.

the location was excellent near the magnificent mile. the included breakfast offered delicious options each morning. i found the staff helpful with directions and suggestions for local attractions (i visited the art institute).

The elevators were efficient. Shopping and dining were nearby. The staff was available but unobtrusive! I found the location quite convenient for exploring the area.
The bar hours were slightly inconvenient because it opened later in the afternoon.

The front desk was attentive. The team provided assistance whenever needed. Everyone was friendly, and they eagerly assisted with requests. I appreciated the genuine kindness .
